Chriqui recently began work on the set of the upcoming Hue Rhodes drama Saint John of Las Vegas alongside the likes of Steve Buschemi, Romany Malco and Emily Mortimer. The film will, according to Rhodes, be a loose adaptation of Dante’s Inferno, an old story about a man who has to travel through hell to reach paradise.

In the new movie Buscemi will be an ex-gambler training under the ring of a maverick fraud investigator.

How that will translate to Inferno is everybody’s guess. Needless to say, though, Chriqui will be in it. So, y’know, yay!

Zohan features Sandler as Zohan, a Mossad agent who’s dissatisfied with his life as a military man, and wants to become a hair dresser in New York. As such he decides to fake his own death and escape to the United States, which he does while pursuing a villain known as The Phantom (played by John Turturro). He takes on a new identity, ‘Scrappy Coco’, but has trouble getting the job he wants.

Eventually Zohan gets the position he wants at the salon of a woman named Dhalia (Chriqui) - however at first he’s known more for the fact that he ‘pleases’ middle-aged women in the back of the shop after the haircut, which most people must admit isn’t half bad most of the time.

But his identity doesn’t stay secret forever, and soon Zohan must escape the attacks of not only new terrorists but those of The Phantom, who comes to New York for revenge.

First appearing last year, Chriqui became a part of Reebok’s ‘Run Easy’ campaign, which features Chriqui just, well, running. And it was the perfect fit for her, as Chriqui’s a running fanatic.

The commercial was first aired last year so you’re not all that likely to come across it again, in which case you’d best check it out online instead. Her part isn’t huge but, well, there you have it.

So it’s only natural that in a show with more celebrity cameos than any other, she would show up a few times. Chriqui actually doesn’t play the part of a one-episode actor drifting through the show, however: she has a recurring role in 11 episodes to date as Sloan McQuewick, the daughter of Terrance McQuewick, a major player in the show’s fictional movie industry. She’s involved romantically with main character Eric Murphy for seasons two and three, and is said to have broken up with him in the fourth season.

Only time will tell if Chriqui makes another appearance, though the chances are pretty good she will. The show is a bit of a drama as well as a comedy, after all, and what better way to trump up the dramatic elements than by tossing in an old girlfriend to mess matters up?

Emmanuelle Chriqui played a lead role in the 2006 TV-movie Deceit, an erotic film noir directed by Matthew Cole Weiss, and made for the Lifetime Channel. Starring Matt Long, Luke Mably, Pell James, Joe Pantoliano, Jon Abrahams and Adrienne Barbeau.

One of Emmanuelle Chriqui’s best known roles is that of Eve in the 2005 comedy National Lampoon’s Adam and Eve, directed by Jeff Kanew. The plot revolves around a college-aged man named Adam, who falls in love with a coed named Eve, who wishes to remain a virgin.

The plot revolves around a freshman (played by Jonathan Tucker) who meets his dream girl in an elevator during a blackout, but never sees her face. In the morning when he wakes up she is gone, but he knows she lives in an all-girl dorm, so he goes on a mission to find her.
